Sophie was do detailed in her session with me.
I shared alot of information with her and she knew exactly what I was talking about and sharing with her.
She hit the nail on the head so many times with her diagnosis!
Sophie could empathise so well with my situation and was encouraging and supportive!
We got through SO much in our 1st appointment, we even went over our time.
I'm very much looking forward to my next appointment with Sophie, she is quite Amazing.

Over the last 12 months Sophie has got my emotions sorted, gut health in check and I’m sleeping like a baby.

I have been seeing Sophie for a little over a year now and cannot begin to explain how much she has improved not only my health, but also my overall wellbeing.
Sophie has been so patient and understanding working around my life, and extremely supportive throughout my whole treatment plan.
She was very thorough in the way she approached my health concerns, the main one being sleep, that after 10+ years of poor sleep - seeing numerous doctors and using numerous medications - I have now been sleeping naturally, all because of her help and expertise.
