Bad customer service, very bad communication.
I wanted to register my entire family under one gp clinic. Called on 05.06.2023 and asked if they were taking new patient's. The receptionist Isabella informed they were and I said I will come in and get the registration forms. Also booked an appointment for that afternoon as I was sick. When I went in to collect the forms around mid-day I was informed the fee structure etc and nothing more. Went in at 4 00pm for my 4 15pm appointment, there was a different receptionist who turned me away as I didn't have a RAT test taken and I had cold symptoms. I said I was not informed or their website had no information, I was happy to take a test there and pay for it but they didn't have a kit. Just turned me away. There was no appointment on that day or entire week. Thanks to their great customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

Had a app was charged twice as much as quoted ($88 quoted paid $130) then the accounts lady claimed to medicare I didn't pay my bill. Have the receipts to prove I did. Rang Medicare and sorted out with them. They rang to be told acc lady was not there. Has she didn't ring medicare back I now have to wait 3 weeks for the cheque and then ring medicare back.
Shame I really like dr sri but I won't be going back.

What a horrible man. I walked out of there in tears. He doesn't care about people, just money! Will only see u for one issue at a time. Care factor is 0. I am 33 weeks pregnant having moved from Canberra I needed a referral to the hospital. I also had a melanoma cut out 3 months ago & needed to have check again as I am anxious about new spots that have appeared. He said can't see you about both, pick one. The reception made things worse by blaming me for not mentioning these two things which was a lie. I specifically discussed with girl on phone & requested a long appointment. Absolutely disgusted by service. There's a reason this guy has open books. DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH IT!

Terrible GP - I can see why he is the only one in Newcastle with his books open. I felt rushed and was even told "we have no more time, you'll have to book another appointment" when about to ask another question about my baby despite him taking a call with IT and taking his time filling out a form during my appointment while I sat there and waited. He lacked empathy and kindness, a waste of my time.
Do not go here, find another GP even if you have to go on a waiting list as that is what I'll be doing now.

Best doctor I’ve ever been to, hence why he is my regular doctor. Even when I am forced to see another because of appointment availability etc I have them forward my paperwork to him.

He isn’t a “wait and see” type doctor, he will order scans and bloodwork and then go about treatment.

All of the people complaining about late appointments, that’s because he is one of the only doctors in the area who will take new patients during COVID

The worst GP I have ever been to. The doctor I saw Dr. Kariyawasam ( I have already filed a complaint with the NSW Health Care Commissions about him) kept on insisting that I have Covid19 when Ii have done 3 rapid tests, one in front of his health care worker and he was still insisting that the rapid tests were not reliable and he thinks I have COVID. He let me leave with an inflamed throat, in pain and told me I do not need medication and I had to wait in pain for another quote "5 days" until I can get medication because he thinks and kept insisting that I had COVID. Disgusting, Rude and the worst GP I have ever seen.

Very bad customer service..
Very poor communication and also can waste your time.
You go for an appointment at say 1300, you will end up meeting the Doctor at 1400, and when with the Doctor he rushes you as if he wants you to leave. I gets treated poorly anytime I go there..
I don’t think it’s a good place to seek treatment of any sort.

Absolutely disgusting service, They do not care about people.

My partner sat at this business waiting, with his lip split open and blood running down his chin. He also had a tooth knocked out and displacement of other teeth from the impact.

I phoned this business at 2.30 desperate for an appointment for my partner who had injured himself at work, they had an appointment free at 3.30. He left the Mater Hospital Emergency due to a 4 hour wait time for this appointment.

I made it extremely clear that this was a workplace injury and I have the claim number.

We arrived at 3.15 and filled out paperwork. Again I made the receptionist aware this is a work place injury, after she told us it would cost approximately $60 and then we would get $32.20 back through Medicare.
She said that the doctor will sort that after we see him.

We then sat around waiting until it reached then reached 4.30.
The receptionist then called us over and told us that they will not process a Work cover claim and we have to pay $200 upfront. (Which unfortunately we didn't have but could of arranged with prior notice).

She also said she only decided to check because they where running behind time? So it seems they just wanted an excuse to get us out of there.

It is now too late of an evening for us to book into another Doctor who is actually happy to make a Work Cover Claim. Every other centre I phoned was appalled at what happened as was WorkCover themselves.

Thank you for making a stressful situation even more stressful!

We called into a Pharmacy for supplies to try and clean his wound. They checked his Blood Pressure which was through the roof from the ordeal. The reason it would not stop bleeding.

Care Factor = Zero!
