My son needed an urgent ultrasound, I thought I had booked with Wentworthville lumus but had actually booked with wetherill park. Oops! The team were very kind and allowed my son to have his ultrasound there anyway, and right on their closing time. Very grateful for their kindness and great customer service.

Overall the place is OK. You end up getting the results you're after.
However I would recommend that the reception staff receive some communication skills training.
I called to make an appointment and the reception answered the phone with a pause before saying hello. But the tone was like they had been waiting for me to speak first.
As a receptionist the phone should be answered with hello, name of person or name of company you're working for.
Her tone was dull, came across almost rude like they had better things to be doing.
And they just ended the call with bye and hung up.
This made me very uncomfortable trying to book the appointment and I wished there was someone else I could speak to.

Doctor refused to use anaesthetic despite it being detailed in the procedure notes and my request to use it. I was in agony during the biopsy and for days afterwards

I took my elderly mother who was highly concerned for an ultrasound, the radiologist was such a kind calming person giving my mum the assurance she needed.
Will continue to take mum to Lumus Imaging Wentworthville.

Very rude receptionist I have seen. I had a scan and it needed to be done as urgent but they forgot to send my report to my doctor I asked the lady to send as soon as possible but her face expressions were like I'm a fool. Will never ever go back
