I had a frustrating experience today with this medical center regarding an iron infusion appointment. We scheduled the infusion in advance to ensure it was completed before our overseas trip. However, when I called to confirm the timing, I was informed that they couldn't provide the necessary amenities because they had run out of bags!! This left us in a difficult position, as we have no alternatives available.

It was disappointing that they didn’t check their inventory before booking our appointment, and we were not informed of this issue ahead of time. The suggestion to go to a hospital was not helpful, as it would likely result in hours of waiting if you’re lucky.

To add to the frustration, when I spoke to the receptionist, she passed the phone to a colleague who then hung up on me while I was expressing my concerns. This lack of professionalism was particularly disheartening during such a stressful situation.
I am really sorry for them and hope they improve their communication and service in the future and care more about the patients who specifically are in difficult situations.

Do not go to DR Kheang Heang he shouldn’t be a GP. Does not have the required skill set or the manners nor the etiquette nor the conviction of a general practitioner. What a waste of money and time I will not recommend anyone to visit this old school retired good for nothing Doctor.

Very bad Doctor(s) and Receptionist attending calls. Absolutely a ride place to visit. Will never go here. Don't want to give even one star. But for the ECG person and blood test areas were friendly.
Doctors won't listen to patients they got hardly a moment to rush the case off. Never listen or hear. Just what's needed to make the patients case registered to get their payments. Extremely bad experience. Whats the point clinic looking good with facilities. The main people who make up the clinic are arrogant and rude. No customer/ patient friendliness. Just chucking away with jobs quickly just enough to get paid. Will never ever go there. Worst humans who needs treatments themselves and counselling. Poor services.

This medical centre is dodgy. DO NOT USE THEM!

I booked in to speak with a doctor using Telehealth. 40 mins past the appointment/call time no one called. When I called them to enquire when a doctor would call me after waiting to 45mins to speak to someone, the reception told me that the doctor called in sick in the morning.

I asked them why no had called to inform me of this and ask me what I wanted to do. The reception lied and said that they had called me and everyone else to inform them that the doctor wasn't in today. I advised them that no one called to inform me of this.

After several minutes of trying to get this resolved the receptionist said that she would rebook me in to speak with another doctor. However, I never received a txt msg to ask me to confirm if I was attending the call as I did with the original appointment.

Add to this, they fraudulently marked me as having met with the doctor.

I called them back to reconfirm my appointment and to inform them that I would be reporting them to relevant authorities, which I did. The person who I spoke to told me that they would pass my msg onto the appropriate people to confirm my second booking, but I never recieved a call back.

Near and clean venue with all of the facilities you would need short of going to the hospital. Doctors have always been professional and provide great advice. The in house pharmacy, nurses station and pathology make it really easy to get yourself sorted for most ailments.

Download the Halo GP app and they have a really good booking and online check in system.

I do agree on the waiting time to meet the doctors is long. I don't know if there is an option to book an appointment at front desk. So, people directly walks-in, as the more number of people visits this hospital, the more the waiting time is. Apart from that, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr Nalliah Sasikesavan, cancelles appointments cause he always has an emergency he needs to attend, even 15 minutes before the appointment while your driving there. Horrible.
