The doctors in the centre seem experienced and knowledgeable. However, my visits weren't pleasant at all. 1st of all , the next day when i went to make the blood test, the laboratory worker asked me to come back after 30 minutes because she wants to take her break. knowing that it takes only 3 minutes to do the test. For my 1st & 3rd visits, i had to wait 30 minutes and 1 hour respectively to be accomodated, Although i came through booked appointments. knowing that my 3rd visit was only to check with the dr. the blood test results. Seems their booking system is only nominal.

All the doctors here are wonderful, but run over 1 hour late. Doctors at this centre please consider the patient as our time is valuable too. Over booking, keeping us waiting and I feel sorry for the reception ladies who have to cop this

I have been attending this practice for some years now and always see Dr. Rizvi. I have found her to be very helpful and always prepared to take the time to talk to you and listen to what you are telling her. She has always sent me to good specialists when necessary. She has given sound advice and I walk out of her office feeling comfortable that I am in good hands.

Great Medical Practice! Doctors always take the time to listen and go through medical issues. Reception staff are also great! Yes, sometimes there are wait times, but that's because doctors are thorough and don't rush you out the door. Like the fact I can now also book appointments online on their website.

Most of the doctors here are great. Yet the receptionists I found in 3x different occasions are very unfriendly and not accomodating. Wait times can also vary even if you have appointments, may take up to 45- 60minutes wait.

With a caring group of staff and doctors, there is always a friendly ambience at this medical centre. At times you will need to wait for doctors, however this implies that they are treating their patients in a thorough, considerate manner. At what medical centre wouldn't you have to wait for a doctor? I have definitely recommended the centre to friends and family.

My eledrly parents were ALWAYS treated professionally and with empathy by all the Drs, admin staff and nurses. My immediate family all go here and never a complaint- yes, sometimes you may wait but thats because you are afforded the time you need - ive waited longer at a hairdresser. There is no racism here either. I really find they have the patients best interest at heart.

You need to think hard about your receptionist that was there on Tuesday afternoon 21.07.20, her name is Sue perhaps? She is the rudest, most unfriendly, unsmiling, unhappy person you could ever meet and should not be in front of your patients let alone people who are sick. You need more people like Grace who is just a delight to deal with.
