Dr Haran is wonderful and kind, a great doctor I would highly recommend his practice to any locals, his staff are very friendly and helpful as well and he brings a great amount of passion to his work for the community.

The lady doctor was over and hour late, granted doctors are busy and have things to do, however she should have organised the principal to take over, that didn't happen, intuitiveness said get out, but the benefit of doubt as people/elderly are sick in areas, so I stayed, Sadly it was a whirlwind entrance by the doctor on arrival and a lot of noise to finally well after and hour to be seen,. The lady doctor was head busy and does not listen, does not explain and goes for the very quick options first, eg; a steroid shot before an xray!!!! As a new patient to the practice and area no genuine time was taken, in her business and through the consultation she said 'what are you doing here' it appeared I was taking up her time, the whole experience was not acceptable, not professional and I would advise to go somewhere else and only use this practice for cuts and bruises office and not for medical care. On a positive note, the Mr receptionist was very professional and had calmness and friendliness about him.

I have returned tot his practice and have had the pleasure of being treated by a wonderful and caring doctor. Dr Narmatha Aivasenthan, excellent care and call backs to make sure all was going well with infection and or if fever. I can honestly say that the this doctor and the other doctors are a professional care blessing to have in community. Thank you

The lady doctor seems very nice but does not listen to what I say. I was also concerned about my symptoms and she was only worried about writing a doctors certificate for my time off work.
Doctors need to listen to their patients.
