I’ve been attending SWHM for nearly 6 months and I absolutely love it.
Erin and all the staff are amazing – very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
As an autistic female my executive function and emotional regulation had improved within weeks.

I have just returned to SWHM after a year off with illness. I previously had one on one exercise with Shannon, Blake, Erin & enjoyed building my strength. I’m now feeling up to getting back into fitness & have returned to one on one’s with Shannon. He is so encouraging, caring & understanding. I have also started doing the Active Aging Classes which are fun & everyone here is very friendly & supportive. You can definitely look forward to improving your fitness here. As a bonus I have lost 6 kgs so far. What are you waiting for?

I have had a great experience with South West Health Management. Erin, Blake, Shannon and Brittney are all so welcoming and helpful. When I had a stiff neck, Brit was able to fit me into her schedule the next day to support my recovery. 10/10 service. would recommend

Blake has helped me.regain my balance and confidence after several bad falls . He is very professional in all he does while having a very friendly demeanour. .
All the staff are wonderful and very welcoming . I started with the Easy steps programmes and I am now continuing with one on one sessions with Blake.
I know my confidence has improved immensely. I would easily recommend the centres programs to all .

I cannot express how helpful Erin, Brooke and the whole team @ SWHM have been. I was a broken mess at the beginning and they've really built me back up.
