My experience at this physiotherapy practice deserves it's FIVE STAR RATING!

First of all, I would like to acknowledge Vivian the receptionist! She is so calming, and friendly to not only have a chat to but to also organise appointments. The place sends you upcoming reminders about your appointments which is definitely handy and helpful!

My physio sessions were on a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! I was being treated for my lower back injury from work. I was under the care of a truly talented, professional, knowledgeable and friendly physiotherapist none other than Victor Lo.
Some examples of the way in which he would go above and beyond for patients:
- Calms your anxiety around the condition: mine being lower back spasms
- Treats and explains everything and what is happening in very good detail but easy to understand and follow along!
- Amazingly handles WorkCover and gives my GP regular updates
- Treats your condition but also helps you strengthen the area: he performed soft tissue work to loosen those muscles but gave me strengthening exercises for my back.
- Has a whole plan already set up for you by booking you in for future appointments and tells you what the next session entails!

I can definitely say that 3 months ago to where I am today, the mobility and body function I have in back is certainly life changing! Thank you to Infinity Allied Healthcare Team for taking me under your wing!

The 5-star Google rating of this place is definitely warranted! Firstly, Vivian in administration is so friendly and efficient, and she did her best to fit me in despite the last minute request.

Secondly, Priyanka's treatment was targeted and impactful. My first visit provided instant relief from persistent back and neck pain. An amazing practice! So glad to have found an amazing local Physio.

Physio Steven is very experienced with excellent skill sets & very friendly to customers。I felt relieved straightaway after one session.The best place to go for physio. I can highly recommend Steven - he is one of the best physios I've ever been to. His approach and treatment plan helps me immensely. I had severe tension in my neck and upper back along with a few other spots, collectively causing cervicogenic headaches that had me popping pills to get through daily activities over 4 months. I had given up on physio until I was encouraged to see Steven. Within weeks of treatment my headaches decreased substantially and to a degree where I stopped taking painkillers. I still get headaches 1-2 times a month but I'm confident that with continued treatment this will improve further.

This is a really great allied health practice. The physios are excellent. They are knowledgeable and friendly and very considerate of comfort. They have treated my busted ankle and my neck and back pain. I used to get the most excruciating headaches but thanks to the physios the pain is so much better and I hardly ever use paracetamol any more.

Go and see the team. You won't regret it!! =)
