First time visiting this medical practice as my doctor was closed, the receptionist was very quick checking me in and called me when there was a mistake in the booking system, she was very nice and polite.

Dr Ngoc Nguyen was very through and explained everything in detail, he actually cared to ask questions and provide treatment accordingly, it is rare these days for doctors do this, especially in this area of Sydney.

Overall, my visit was a good one, and there were plenty of doctors and patients were moving quickly.

Do not see Dr Joseph! Absolutely rude, unfriendly. If you are going to be a doctor and work with people get a personality transplant! I have never seen a worse doctor ever!
I would rather wait and see a doctor that had 50 patients waiting then book in to see him again.

Receptionists are rude and unorganised, they don’t know how to treat patients with respect and need to work on their customer service. You’re always having to wait and watch the receptionist take phone calls, sort out documents and carry on friendly conversation with other staff members before even being acknowledged.

This doctor's are late and it probably the only place in Australia that don't book so you are waiting a Minimum OF 2 HOURS .... dont even bother calling the stuff.... BECAUSE there rud and have NO idea what is going on ?

This review is specifically for the nurse Amy, she is a wonderful, professional and an extremely hard working nurse, the best i have ever seen. She has shown an amazing work ethic and shows a genuine care for her patients. She should be praised for her hard work and empathetic nature and I am confident that where ever she chooses to work, her employer will be proud of her. Thank you Amy, I wish you well in your career.

Disgusting medical practice!
Doctors dont show up to rostered shifts! Receptionists need training/ coaching in communication customer care! They are rude, show no empathy! They dont inform customers or put up notices if a is off sick. The doctor has failed to review booked appointment without any communications from the receptionists! Such a shame!

Rude receptionist!!!!!!!!! Too busy talking amongst themselves, make sure you check your name is on the list or you'll be waiting longer to be seen, Dr Joseph don't have any care for your health, waste your time to be seen by him. This centre can never admit to their mistakes or work with you....Long waits, unprofessional services here. Worst medical centre that my family has ever been to. Don't recommend this place. It's a joke.

I just told the receptionist I'm having a chest pain and It's hurting so much for her to tell me the GP is here but is not accepting any patients (even though she's finishing in 2 hours). AND THERE WAS NO PATIENTS EITHER IT WAS EMPTY WHEN I CAME. Don't call your self a doctor if you're not gonna help people and best to put your degree in your drawer since you're heartless. We do need doctors but doctors like you should just go back home and rethink about a different career that will suit you.
