Rude receptionists every time, and absolutely unprofessional doctor's. They just want you to make unnecessary appointments constantly, even making my partner get a referral on the second visit instead of the first!
Just hungry for money and don't genuinely care about your health 🙂

It's a great place if your sick everyone is so lovely, I just wish u could give dr Le a room of his own it's like hide the doctor which door is he behind today but seriously it is very up setting to have to find him. Please give the lovely doctor a room of his own thank you

"Doctors" Meeran and Noor should be ashamed to call themselves doctors. Leaving a woman with Multiple Sclerosis in pain and with severe migraines untreated because your colleague is on holidays for a few months is just not on! How can you refuse to write scripts for her regular medication? You have her file, look at it ffs!

Poor customer service. Made to wait for more than 1hour. Doctor having procedure. Receptionist said it not her problem I have to keep waiting or come back next week. Racist! Anyway left went to Brook medical and was attend. VERY unconcerned staff @tristar!!

Blood tests were done for my husband in 2014, we did call to find out the results, but reception told us the doctor will call if there is any abnormalities. Never received a call. Now we found out my husband have heamochromatosis and it did show in his blood results back in 2014, but no call was made as the receptionist told us. Just wondering how much did he not tell us.

45 mins on hold just to be told, no appointments available because 2 of thier doctors dont have the correct paperwork. What a joke
