My first time seeing Elise (and an Osteo) and I was highly impressed! I was considering a Chiro but feel this appointment was even better. I went last week for a sore lower back (which has been sore for a while) and almost immediately my back felt so much better and I’ve only had minimal pain since. Will definitely go back if necessary and recommend Elise to anyone.

Elise is an excellent osteo who obviously takes her job and her clients seriously. She is very easy to communicate with and has an incredibly broad understanding of the body and how to get it operating pain free. I have had many different issues resulting from sports injuries and often feel pain free within a few sessions. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Amazing experience! Kelly definitely provides one of the best massages I have ever had. I love her beautiful calm healing energy and she is great at delivering a firm massage that helps relieve so much tension. Emily the massage therapist is incredibly attentive and considerate of my chronic physical pain management and mobility needs. I felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable in her care and left feeling relieved of my muscular pains and tension in my body. I highly recommend Emily to anyone who is seeking a massage therapist who can navigate complex health requirements (eg I have spinal fusion) with care.
