Reception are always very patient and helpful. Dr Kennedy, is and has been my personal best GP that I've ever had in 40 odd years of life, always very thorough and takes care and pride in what he does. I feel reassured and always takes the time to explain results and I leave feeling empowered and taken care of.

It's a good doctors surgery the ladies at the front desk are wonderful I would hate to be in their head space of an afternoon having to deal with everyone each and everyday but they do so thankyou ladies for always having a smile on your faces it means alot the only down fall is waiting for doc but you get that everyone busy thanks for a great service

Worst receptionist. After hospital released my daughter from emergency with report sent to this clinic from them that said she needs to see her GP for follow up urgent care and more tests and specialist appointment. No emergency appointments would be given to her. Receptionist spoke like she was a GP herself. Rude and blunt. Told go back to hospital. Hospital said change surgeries when I called them. Lack of duty of care on their behalf.

From walking in the front door to walking out again with our new prescription an hour later the whole experience was very pleasant. The receptionist, the triage nurse, the doctor and even the pharmacist were all very pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank you for making my visit a pleasure.

First time there, it's a very busy place but the Nurse and Doctor I saw were friendly, thorough and professional. The lady I booked with was lovely but on checking out and paying my bill, Karen I believe was rude not only to me but her fellow staff.
Otherwise a pleasant experience for a busy clinic.
