St Ives Chase Pharmacy has given my 100 year old dad and myself excellent service. Their script prices are good, parking is less congested than local malls, they are experts at Webster Packs and they deliver. When I told Belinda and Danielle last week that my Dad had died, I could see from their faces how much they cared about him. We are lucky to have such a great neighbourhood chemist.

Disappointing service when collecting a parcel pick up. Waited while assistant, who was looking for the parcel, was continually called by pharmacist to serve customers who came in for pharmacy items, as though a higher priority.
If that’s the case, don’t be a parcel pick up hub; it’s your choice.

A well stocked pharmacy. I’ve almost always been able to get what I need or, they are quick to order anything in for me.

Always amazing, friendly service from Alex who on my most recent visit not only waited 15mins past close so I could get my script filled, but did it with the most excellent and kind attitude. Thank you Alex.

Outstanding.. sooo helpful. Whilst their price of hand sanitiser is now higher than before, I expect that actually reflects the price they have to pay for whatever they can get from the distributor. So the option remains... either no sanitiser or sanitiser at the price they have to pay. I trust these professionals implicitly, and I don't need to be concerned about their policies or prices, feeling certain that they are the best they can manage. I added these thoughts, because I witnessed someone seemingly concerned about hand sanitiser availability during the early stages of the pandemic. Edit: 7/1/22.. The last I heard about RAT tests, is that they hope to have some stock by Mon 10th Jan. Keep well all. Plenty of RAT tests available.. Sept/22. Update 28-02-24: They will be able to do injections soon. A dedicated and private room is being constructed within the shop. Update August 24. The injection room is fully operational... has been for some months, and pharmacist Belinda is back.

This is a small but well stocked chemist. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its close proximity to the local GP make it extremely convenient for having prescriptions filled after your GP visit. The extended opening hours are very helpful too. A pleasant and friendly experience.

Really fantastic little chemist. The regular staff are very friendly, caring and helpful and although the shop is small - they have a surprisingly large range of stock. And if they don't have it they will always try to order something in for you by the next day. Highly recommended!
