Won’t go anywhere else.
All their other services are fantastic and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

After 3 years of receiving treatment at this centre, I was maladjusted by the chiropractor 5 months ago and I’m still in pain. I initially reached out to him who informed me the pain was a normal symptom of having been adjusted, and that I would be well within 2-3 days. Five days later, which happened to be three weeks before flying out overseas the the pain was worse.

I then reached out to the chiropractor again but this time I did not receive any reply. I then emailed reception with the hope my concern would be forwarded to him but again did not receive any response. Due to the maladjustment, I ended up not being able to walk for 11 days while overseas and had to seek treatment. I can not possibly convey the problems I had while being stuck overseas with not being able to walk properly for such a long time due to pain, as well as the anguish I experienced as a consequence.

The lack of duty of care I was shown considering the amount of time I’d been a client at this centre was absolutely appalling. There can be no justification for the chiropractor and management not having reached out to me to offer some kind of support.

Please be wary of the possibility that should your treatment not go as planned, aftercare might not be available.

Very poor service. Try to make an appointment, told that the therapist has been trying to call you, and have received zero calls. I have called three times to make an appointment for the spinal decompression and not been called back. They told me they took down the wrong number. Receptionists lie about what is going on and do not pass on the message. Or they have and the Dr Ben can't be bothered to call me back. VERY POOR service. Would not recommend this practice. I only gave one star because they don't have zero. VERY POOR!!!!!

Best chiro I’ve ever been to. Dr Ben treated me with spinal decompression for my disc injury and I’ve never been the same. I’m a new person now that my nerve pain is completely gone. 10/10 would recommend.

This is meant to be a "constructive" feedback. I had 5 sessions on the decompression "machine".
Did not improve my condition much (if any).
On the contrary I found that a device I started using at home, called NUBAX, was better than the "expensive" machine.
BUT my issue is with the treating Chiropractor Dr BEN.
He never bothered to come to the treating room, where only his "assistants " were present. Never asked me, in person, or phone call or email, how I felt about it all. And I had a lot to say, including providing some helpful feedback. Is this a true professional service? I may be wrong, but I don't think so...That's all. (Zenon)
