I took my son here last week for an appointment, we had not been before. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. It was very wheelchair accessible another bonus. Lastly the doctor Dr Shieh was profession, super friendly and very witty and engaging. Thank you all for all you do. We drove an hour in the rain, so it was a nice surprise to be met with friendly faces.

We visited while on holidays to have a dressing changed on my wife's wrist. The booking process was very easy and all staff from reception to nurse to doctor were all wonderful, welcoming and friendly. Great service all round. Thank you.

Attended an appointment as a new patient. Very happy with the service and care provided by Dr Marie Shieh. I was pleasantly surprised to be bulk billed. I arrived on time and waited less than 5 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. Completing the intake form for a new patient online ahead of time made the process smoother also as I could take my time to enter in all my medical information and ensure it was thorough and accurate rather than rushing on the spot to just get the form completed. I would recommend this practice ?

Bad baad and baaad. Customer service ever. I was treated really badly with those people. I do NOT recommend anybody to come to this spot. Very rude. Inconsiderate. Unreliable. Inefficient. Rush Rush through thee time with the doctor. And if the doctor stay with you longer than 15 minutes, they call the doctor to rush rush, because standing in the Way of the money machine. They do NOT care about humen being. JUST DOLLAR baby.

Very happy with our experience- I called in the morning and got an appointment within a few hours. We only waited about 3 minutes when we arrived and were seen straight away.
Our doctor was lovely and would definitely recommend this practice.

Extremely happy with this practice. Receptionist was so friendly and helpful as was the doctor that I spoke to. They were booked out (Saturday afternoon) but the doctor spoke with me on the phone without any waiting time and was easy to speak to and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I recently visited Salamander Bay Doctors as a new patient and booked an appointment with Dr. Mehrnaz Samet after an extremely rough night feeling unwell. I was very impressed with the clinic overall. The reception staff greeted me warmly and with a smile, which immediately made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Samet was exceptionally professional and welcoming, especially as I was a new patient. Her caring nature and approach quickly put me at ease, and I truly appreciated the excellent treatment I received. It was a very positive experience.

Had a great experience. The doctor was so nice and Caring as my son was sick plus he has autism she took the time with him to ask him questions on how he was feeling and what was sore. Very highly recommended
