Very disappointed with my visit to the gastroentherologist Jelena Ivanova at this clinic. Paid 55 euros for a remote consultation. Doctor couldn't answer my questions and ordered tests for which I paid around 200 euros (which is fine with me). I expected doctors written conclusion to be included with the price of consultation (which was the case with every other doctor in Latvia and UK), but the clinic told me I need to book an appointment for another paid consultation to get the conclusion and the earliest date was almost a month away. This was ridiculous considering that I tested positive for an infection. Almost seems like an extortion and taking advantage of the fact that I live in UK and thus can afford to pay extra. They then called me and said that they can move the consultation closer but it would still have to be a paid one and they already knew that by that time I left Latvia and couldn't do any more tests there. Also, doctor didnt know that all the required tests could have been done in the city that I've stayed during my visit to Latvia and told me that I need to drive 6 hours to Riga and back just to submit my analysis samples. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone unless you want to waste your money and time.

Easy to apply for quite many different medical services - "All in one"! Staff is extremely polite.. nice "tender:" atmosphere indeed. In addition, I want to highlight Dr. Polina Zalizko and Dr. Nisterovich for the great support and extensive experience. If you are looking for a private clinic in Baltics, definitely to consider and put Olivia on your radars!

Приняли быстро,цена приемлимая. Но, врач оказался не опытный. Приехал с жуткими болями в зубе,сразу сказал что нельзя колоть анестезию с адреналином! Меня не послушав,врач поступил по своему,в ходе чего стало жутко плохо. В конце концов, спустя время,начали работу над зубом. Почистили 2 канала и отправили домой. К вечеру боли только усилились. Пришлось возвращаться в следующий день,тогда меня снова принял тот врач и нашёл уже третий канал. Вроде сделали,какое-то время было хорошо,но не прошло и 3 недели ,как пломба рассыпалась,а уже "вылеченный" зуб начал жутко болеть. Как итог пришлось идти в другую клинику и переделывать всё по новой. Мало того что пришлось платить дважды,за ту же процедуру,так ещё и последствия от укола проявились позже,а боли в зубе не пропали. Пришлось на неделю отказаться от работы и питаться обезболивающими!

Друзья, я просто оставлю 5 звезд здесь, даже до посещения данной клиники (я напишу свой полноценный отзыв после посещения врача)

Мне нужно попасть к гастроэнтерологу и я обзвонил все возможные клиники в Риге - либо не берут трубку и просто часами крутят автоматическое сообщение, либо отвечают так, что тебе сразу хочется выкинуть телефон от этих диалогов - максимально неприятный опыт и страдание.

Здесь же, я услышал один гудок (один!) и сразу приятным и активным голосом мне ответила девушка и через 2 минуты у меня запись на ближайший день и очень теплый осадок, что еще не все потеряно! 2 дня ужаса по телефону и бесконечных сайтов - и все закончилось здесь!

Администрация клиники, пожалуйста, надеюсь, что вы это прочитаете и будете рады работе ваших сотрудников (по крайней мере на ресепшене) - девушке шоколадку и спасибо! 🙂

Vnk unikāli slikta klīnika. Pieraksts uz 18, atbraucu 15 min iepriekš, lai reģistratūras sieviete pilnīgi vienaldzīgā balsī pateiktu - a, nu pirms jums vēl 2 cilvēki, minimāli vēl jāgaida stundu. Kad es sāku prasīt kas par problēmām- man pateica, nu ārste kavē, kas jums nepatīk? Nu varbūt būtu feini, ja jūsu bezjēdzīgā administratore pazvanītu un pateiktu, ka ārste tik nespējīga, ka būs stundu pusotru jāgaida? Lai cilvēki neatprasītos no darba, lai uzzinātu, ka būs jāsēž un jāsēž. Kad es pateicu, ka es nevaru stundu vai pusotru gaidīt, man pateica, ka es varu iet prom. Vnk unikāla attieksme!
