Sans Souci Doctors is the best medical centre that I’ve ever been. Me, my husband and my kids always see Doctor Marloes Nordkamp who’s is an amazing doctor and looks after us all so well and so caring. We also see Mariam that is one of the nurses and she’s so wonderful and make you feel very comfortable with her happy and smile face.
Big thank you to Julia the receptionist who is always helping me with my app and even when the medical centre is very very busy she will be so patience and explain everything to me without rush and so very much friendly.

Despite the recent changes in order for the practice to go to private billing, people still need to be kind & courteous, those running the front desk need to treated with respect, You are all doing a wonderful job serving patients! I have been making appointments with this practice for a few years now and the Dr's are all wonderful to deal with, they hear you out and care about their patients.

Made an appointment with my son. Arrived early, and gave our name/doctors name. One hour after our appointment time, I asked at reception, and they'd given our slot away. We were sent to a different waiting area, and the doctor was seeing someone who'd arrived after us. The doctor then called in someone else who'd also arrived just after us. I had to leave to go to work, my husband stayed with our son, and as I write this is still waiting. Current estimate is 1150am (our appointment was 945).

Apparently they were calling us whether was a loud crying child at the reception desk, but it did not occur to them that they would not be heard, and made no effort to step into the waiting room and look.

I'd take our son elsewhere, but it took so long to get in with a paediatrician in the first place, and he desperately needs the help. Our whole family desperately needs help for him. Please do better by your patients!! Your apathy towards your job has real impacts on people's lives and mental health.
