Dr Warren Wong in Top Health Medical Centre is one of the best doctors I've seen. He is so patient and genuinely cares for his patient. I am forever grateful for Dr Wong to found the root causes of my underlying health issues which none of the doctors I saw in the last 10 years diagnosed it. Dr Wong isnt a drug pusher type of doctor neither and he spends a lot of time to talk to his patient. I've learned a lot from him after only seeing him less than a year. I'd highly recommend Dr Wong to everyone. I even go to Sydney once a year to see him after moving to Gold Coast 🙂

Have been trying to find a good GP clinic in the Ryde area. Top Health is in a good location, right near the shopping centre. It is easy to make appointments and the system is quite good. I have seen Dr Angela Cong, and also the pathologist a few times here. They have both been very professional and friendly and have also really shown care and compassion for my health issues. The ladies at front reception are okay but sometimes they don’t seem that friendly.

At the moment, I like the services that Dr Cong has provided, and would definitely recommend her for her kindness, professionalism, patience and thoroughness.

Dr Jessie was professional, patient, caring and empathetic to me although I came in as a new patient. I’ve never met a GP I felt that I wanna have as my regular GP in the past 10 years in Aus, so I’m glad that I have met her. I also sent an appreciation email to the reception, so hopefully she gets acknowledged for her outstanding work.

Dr. Mark Hanley is my best family doctor!
Not only just knowledgeable and experienced, but also shows a great caring genuinely.
Everytime when I see him, he explains things comprehensively, listens to my concerns, provides options for the medical treatments, and find the best treatments for me.

Terrible etiquette in this place, poor signage inside to find pathology and other area in the clinic.
Also healthcare staff and reception staff do not speak in English to anyone.

Dr Mark Hanley is the best GP I have found in Australia. He has a great personality, and he is knowledgeable and caring. He will take time to explain well the issue at hand, he follows up and check on you if required. I never feel like I am rushed out of the door.
Great experience with him.
