I’ve been feeling pain around ankle area for a couple of months.

I went to a chiropractor but the chiro only helped to release pressure in my ankle a little which to be honest wasn’t helpful at all.

I went to a physiotherapist which was more helpful but the pain didn’t lessen much (also I wasn’t disciplined enough to do the daily exercise that was prescribed so it was my mistake too). Also, the physiotherapist didn’t really tell me the source of my pain.

So I decided to give Sports Massage a try and it was very helpful. Yukina identified the source of my pain and told me tangible next steps that’s easy to follow. It’s been great and my pain has lessened much since then.

Went in for a restorative massage after a long flight from the US and was incredibly impressed with Anthony’s skillset and knowledge of the human body. He not only helped me with the problem areas I reported to him, but also gave me advice on how to avoid injuries and tightness in future in my every day work and fitness routines. Highly recommend!

I visited Sydney elite physio specialist Irene through my work due to a small injury. I highly recommend her for her experience skills and care she has towards her patients.
I had about ten sessions approximately and some being through telehealth sessions. Irene really helped me and provided excellent service throughout. Even through covid when the clinic was closed, we utilised the telehealth sessions and I found them very beneficial.
Thanks Irene for all your help.

Anthony and the team are wizards. I usually go in to see them when I'm almost crippled from playing too much football, but Anthony's guidance and care always keeps me on my feet. 10/10 I love this place!
