We love this shop! Open when we need it, and stocked with the best products and lovely fresh produce. Helen is always willing to stock new products too. I am so grateful that we have this shop in Pottsville! Thank you Helen for all that you do for our community. We love the improvements to the shop including the new tiled area with extra fridge and freezer space.

Great little shop, and extremely well stocked.
LANA is a massage therapist who works on site.
She was one of the best therapists I have ever had a massage with, and I can assure you I have had many over the years. She didn’t just do her “routine” massage, she tuned in with my body and worked on the problem areas, relieving my spasmed neck. I can highly recommend both this shop and especially Lana.

I had good experience in the shop, however the "massage therapist" working in the back room is completely incompetent and caused me a back pain for over six months with the deep tissue massage she learnt from youtube and later denied to authorities. Real shame the owner provides the space for this activity.

Absolutely appling customer service. I went in there ready to spend my weekly wage on produce to take camping, I asked to use their toilet and she referred me 300 meters down the road as she assumed I wasn’t going to buy anything (since when do you have to buy something to use a toilet anyway) yet their were toilets out the back... that are available to public/cafe patrons etc. I was passing through Pottsville and she ruined my experience. I won’t go back. Once I walked to the toilet I then asked next shop down if I could use the ones out the back and was told not a problem. She Was just Nasty.

Pure Zest offers a wide variety of bulk food staples as well as rare health small goods that I'm not able to find elsewhere. Staff are helpful and friendly and so I shop at Pure Zest regularly. I have enjoyed both massage and acupuncture from the therapists who offer alternative treatments with the benefit of HICAPS rebates.

Nice manager, possibly owner, of shop. Helpful. Great selection of dried fruits and nuts in bulk. Complements next door IGA in terms of easy access to pretty healthy food.
