My appointment with Dr Anna Pham was extremely informative and helpful, Dr Anna explained the procedures in detail including the costs associated. This gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding my treatment and the confidence to proceed. The only downside was the reminder SMS which asked if I was attending, and gave the option to ask a question and as my question had the word 'no' it, the system over rode my original 'yes' response and cancelled my appointment. This was purely an IT issue. But I was fortunate that Dr Anna had a brief window between appointments and managed to see me. Would highly recommend Dr Anna and the Medical centre, we are fortunate to have such a service in a regional area.

After being with my gp for over 21 years I was in a position of having to find someone new. The staff and team at Picton Family Medical were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The doctors there are excellent and actually really listen and understand each patient. I highly recommend them to everyone! Well done team

I’ve been going to this centre since I was 20 weeks pregnant with my first in 2022. The quality of care for me and then for my baby when needed is 10/10. I had an SVT episode while in the waiting room and the receptionist was so quick to help me. All the doctors are great. If I can’t get in to see my preferred I’m happy to see the next available as I know they are just as good. They are also good at helping you out when you need to get in to see someone real quick, especially if I have to sort out my LO quickly for daycare policy purposes etc.

Their online booking system is easy to use as well. I’d recommend this practice/doctors! I wish I saw them earlier but glad I found them when I did.

The app is so easy to make appointment for everything at Picton Family Medical Centre, I never have to ring. My last visit was to have my 5th covid vaccination. The nurse was very friendly and informative. I didn’t feel the Pfizer injection and didn’t have any side affects. And congratulation to the decorators, the new colour scheme and paintings are lovely.

Dr Anna was fantastic tonight. I rang last minute literally 5 minutes before closing after cutting the top of my finger. They did not hesitate to see me and took me straight in. Saving me from a lengthy emergency visit. Extremely grateful and highly recommended, thankyou!
