Will only “see” patients via phonecall before 11pm and it’ll cost $41 then only videocall and bulk bill after 11pm so after all the chemists close. Incredibly rude person on speaker phone to answer the calls too. Less than useless. Avoid.

Booked a Dr at 9.10am this Morning & it is now 5.48pm Still No Dr..
I have rang twice now & told the same thing.
The Dr has not long ago started this was at 3.19pm..
So i am a little Frustrated.
I'm in a wheelchair & i can't drive & my Husband is Sick.
Something we do know is some Antibiotics would help him drastically at this moment..
Hang in there Darlin I'm trying to get a Dr still at 5.52pm

What a waste off $38, told me they didn't service my area, but could do a video call. Called me 4 hours later, not via video, with a consult that lasted 30sec, and to be told to take her to a doctor as soon as I can. Geee you made a quick $38 ?
