Tanya is an experienced, caring and empathetic practitioner. I had a distance healing session with her at a time i was very distressed and hopeless about a situation that felt out of my control that was affecting my mental health. In a couple of sessions we were able to get to the root cause which shifted things very quickly resulting in a tangible breakthrough and set the course for rapid positive change and opportunities to present. Tanya's methods can hack through obstacles in mindset and bring about greater insight and understanding to what may be underlying complex problems. I'm so grateful I saw her when I did.

Tanya changed my life. My GP referred me to her after going through a divorce and I had spoken to a psychologist for many months and felt I had worked through all my issues but a great sadness remained inside me. After going to Tanya I was able to discuss and really work through emotions I was unable to articulate. I then got amazing recommendations from her to other health care professionals who helped me greatly with my IBS. I am now happily re- married and continue to see Tanya from time to time. She also does amazing neck and back adjustment. I was skeptical about kinesiology at first but it is an incredible thing you can only experience for yourself. I cannot recommend Tanya enough.

I took my daughter to Tanya after 2 GPs, an optometrist, the local hospital and a radiologist all misdiagnosed her. (She had collapsed at school and had since suffered with on and off again blurry vision, sudden migraines and pain in her ankles. After one visit to the A1 Health centre, Tanya was able to get to the root cause of my daughters health challenge.

I was so grateful. And within 3 weeks all the symptoms were completely gone, because we could actually address the root cause.
