My mother was there for a number of years , and admittedly it took her a little while to settle in, but once she did , she loved the place , she was liked by all ,
Remembering her smiles when visiting her was a number one factor, it just showed me that she was treated with the utmost respect by all the lovely staff there at that time my mother was there.
A big thankyou to the Owners , Management and staff that was there then ..

my parents have recently moved into coastal waters and they are very settled and happy. the staff are professional well informed and amazingly welcoming. they are all happy. I highly recommend this place

Everything is good .staff they care resident very good.
Little bit cleaning staff they need to look after cleaning otherwise management, staff ,kitchen staff, cleaning staff, reception staff are doing very good job.
