I find Dr Jey as a smart and effective doctor. His way of communication, understanding of emotions and positive manner of delivering the treatment are excellent. He has a wide experience and great diagnosing talent. Once I developed a severe ear pain after a holiday in a tropical country and Dr Jey diagnosed and fixed the issue on my first visit.

I was refused service at this medical centre.The reception didn't even ask me regadles
I had a beddly cat finger which I had 5 stitches dun at a another medical centre at Auburn.All she kept repiting is no new pation.What ar doctors there for just to collect dollars.
Appoling service. I newer thought I would experince sucher treatment or no treatment.

Doctors are good and receptionists are opposite.

Receptionist don’t want to take new patient on weekend.

Weird policy to pay before see doctor (for private patients), which is really weird to me.

No option to make appointments (came on Saturday to book for weekdays).

They really should look into good staff at reception.

Great medical centre. I always see Dr Sivakumari Thevathasan, she just always seems to know what your talking about and identifies things quickly. I have recommended friends and they have been really happy with her. Terrific doctor! The best GP I have ever encountered.

I found they very friendly. My GP, Dr Eswaraj is very kind and helpful. He listens to my each and every complain very carefully, and tries his best to solve as early as possible.
