“I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sugam. I visited him six months ago to have two teeth filled. Initially, the procedure seemed fine, but since then, I have been unable to eat properly due to ongoing pain in the treated teeth. Despite following the recommended care, the problem has only worsened over time. I regret trusting this dentist for what should have been a straightforward procedure and now have to seek further treatment elsewhere to fix the issue. I do not recommend this doctor based on my experience.”

Spent alot of money going back and forth with my treatment due to their incompetence and lack of practical experience.

I'm very upset with how my teeth are right now. And i would say i'm worse off than i was before entering this place.

I strongly suggest shopping around before entering this private clinic who are there for your money, and not your wellbeing.

Dr. Bhanu Priya handled by scary child very gentle and kind. She made a good treatment plan and recommendation for a good oral hygiene that my child can easily grasp. Very good reception team and assistants. Dr accommodated a second dental clean appointment for my child to reduce pain with cleaning and for a longer period for a good treatment outcome for free of cost.

Very caring staff and dentist . I got my wisdom tooth taken out and felt at ease as the dentist was very gentle and patient with me .receptionists were also very caring and friend. Definitely will make this my practice and will come again for cleaning and other procedures on future .

This is by far the rudest dental clinic I have been to. On my first visit I was asked to fill in the first time patient customer form, where I put in my private health membership. Yet, when I go to pay at reception was told to pay the whole fee because they just assumed I had no private health cover. Later, when I call the clinic regarding an enquiry for a tooth filling pricing along with how much would they cost from my health cover. The receptionist stated she was not really sure and would have to give me a call back. I waited several days with no call back of any kind and I had to call again where the receptionist asked me the same enquiry again and stated she would call me back to which I waited 5-6 days with no call back and when I rang again the same receptionist again asked me the same questions. I then was finally aware that I no longer wished to attend this clinic I then asked that my scans and file be forwarded to another clinic of my choice, to which the receptionist replied she was not entirely sure if she could do that and I could try to put a request in writing. I was also treated rudely and unprofessional by the dentist when I came for clean and check up. Even if the receptionist doesn’t know an answer to my enquiry at least I expect a call back as basic customer service. By far the worst dei have attended. Definitely not recommend
