I have been coming here with my 3 little girls for their checkups & vaccinations for a while and I have to say by far this Medical Centre is the best as they are very professional with highly trained professional GPs who take their time & look after their patients really well. We have visited both Dr Viola & Dr Remon and they both are amazing especially with kids. I also love the warm & lovely service they have when you are greeted by the very friendly receptionist as you enter or when you leave. I also like the fact that there is a dental care right next to it. They were amazing with my daughter's first time getting her teeth checked up. They were so caring & friendly that at the end my daughter didn't even want to go home. Thank you so much guys. You are all really amazing. Keep up your wonderful service.

Sometimes as patients we do not know what receptionists endure. We were in a frustrating situation. The kind receptionist, Neveen. She was utmost helpful. She supported us with what was going on, reassured my wife that everything was going to be okay. She just made us feel at ease. She spoke to my wife like how a mother would. Tremendous kindness and excellent service.

Good doctors but the receptionists are so horrible. My baby and I waited for 1.5hrs. We booked a 9.30am appointment and she forgot about us, let us wait for 1.5hrs. The doctor was there early. She let others who arrive late go inside ahead of us. She saw my boy and I waiting for hours. 11am I finally decided to ask her why we were still not attended when our appointment was at 9.30am. She then replied she didn't know what happened and she didn't know why we were still not seen by the doctor. For Christ's sake, she is the receptionist! She should know who are waiting. It's her job.

I have been a patient in this clinic for few years now. Always had a very positive experience. Very caring and detailed doctors and nice and friendly admin staff. Cannot recommend them enough. My whole family and my in laws are happy to travel and wait just because of the professional attitude and great advice we always receive.
I have to add about the genuine care we always received, they always go above and beyond to make sure we get the care we need.

I have been coming here since I was a baby, Dr George was my Dr over 30 years so it was sad to see him retire. The practice has many other great doctors and fantastic receptionist, especially Naveen! The receptionist are magnificent they help the patients so much. Very professional staff so efficient. Everyone is friendly getting prescriptions ready. Dr Remon Botros is amazing with my 84yr old dementia mum. receiving records for immunisation was immediately ready as soon as I needed them. Makes life easier I recommend this practice highly. With any quality doctor their is usually a wait but worth it
