Please avoid this practice, I just needed a paediatrician referral for my daughter, and they made her go through blood and urine test, very difficult for a 10-years-old girl. Then the booked online appointment was not kept by them, each time I have to go there waiting for hours, usually for nothing. The receptionist is rude and unreasonable, not trying to do anything to help. So two months after the first visit, I still can't get the stupid referral now. I give one star only because I can't give zero.

Ohh my hod reception girls doesn’t know patience also so rude and racist when old not well english someone coming she doesn’t use the polite words also so waste money 3 time paid just 5 min ask my high end weight please don’t choice them

Went there a couple of times. All they care about is finding a way to call you again for that 93 dollars. Don't actually care about the patient's actual problem. Went there recwntly due to ear infection. Did not care about the issue. Prescribed medication based on last year december's blood test. My ear still hurting, no medication, no diagnosis. Told me everything is fine when i have severe pain and fever because of ear infection since last couple days. The government might wanna review their license or qualification for that matter. Worse GPs ever. Not gping back again. Better self medicate or go somewhere else......
