I followed my regular doctor from another practice to Sarkon when it first opened so I have been a loyal patient for YEARS. The last few years it has been near impossible to get an appointment let alone with my regular doctor unless I can plan to be unwell or need medical care months in advance. Today my daughter needing antibiotics so a quick in and out appointment, I made an appointment online first thing this morning only to be rejected at lunch time most likely because they have filled appointments before confirming appointments made online before they start taking calls. No care or regard for regular patients anymore yet continually taking on new ones whilst their regulars struggle to find new doctors because others won’t take on new patients!! Extremely disappointed and upset with the lack of consideration and professionalism towards long standing existing patients.

Needed a GP Obstetrician and one at Sarkon came highly recommended, after a couple routine appointments I seriously started to wonder why. Base-level care at best.

Had a complication in one of my tests requiring an urgent appointment, Sarkon (after yet again flashing how busy this doctor was), booked me a telehealth the following morning. As (shockingly) another working person who has a busy job, I moved that morning around and was ready for the call. I gave her 35min after the scheduled time before calling the clinic to tell them I couldn't wait for her any longer.
I've since found another Obstetric GP I can trust, haven't heard anything since from Sarkon about my "urgent" results except a warning letter that they'll fine me if I "miss" another appointment.

Looking forward to replying "N" to the remaining appointment reminder texts I receive, seeing as that's the level of consideration they seem to prefer.

Sarkon Medical Centre has been our doctors for the last 5 years. The attention to detail and friendly, caring team have been by our side through 2x pregnancies and many visits with sick kids. The kids love our family doctors and the team always do the very best to make us welcome and comfortable whilst paying attention to our needs. Highly recommend Priya and the team.

Highly recommend Sarkon Medical Centre great service, friendly faces. Every doctor there has been a pleasure to deal with and take the time to listen to your concerns and needs, they're always welcoming and great at making little ones feel comfortable too. Especially Dr Priya she is very compassionate, dedicated to her work and one of the best OB to have during pregnancy.

Dr Priya is amazing. She genuinely cares about her patients, including children and adults. She makes you feel comfortable and actually listens to you. I always recommend Sarkon Medical to my family and friends, especially pregnant women looking for antenatal care. I trust the doctors and staff here, they feel like old friends.

Doctors are kind but no follow up. Been waiting on blood results for over 5 weeks. Everything is a problem or “not their policy” for reception. I do understand it’s been tough as a medical receptionist since covid but treating every patient as hostile before they’ve even spoken is not appropriate. I was also shocked to see receptionists wearing their masks below their noses on numerous occasions- shouldn’t you guys know better Also very long waits to get an appointment, long waits while you’re in Surgery with no mention or apology from reception.

This practice is just beautiful! The staff are lovely, the doctors are thorough with their examinations, not long wait times to see the GPs and amazing with children. We wouldn’t do anywhere else. 10/10 rating for friendliness and professionalism. Would recommend to all!

It states on your website that this is a mixed billing practice. I simply tried to call up to gain further information on which doctors bulk bill. I was on hold for 1hr before I hung up. At the beginning of the call it stated I was the 4th caller which is why I was patient to wait 1hr on hold. If you struggle to manage your calls you should provide an option to leave a message or a callback feature. Or simply have the billing options of each doctor on your website.
