Had the best experience here. Jen the florist & Jenny the manager went above and beyond to help me! Lovely, warm, caring people. Such a pleasure to deal with. Fully stocked health hub with everything you need. Excellent coffee, gluten free food, vegan, supplements etc! Beautiful flowers! Highly recommend!

Good selection of brands and I found everything I needed in there. They also sell fresh fruit and natural skincare products. The staff member was also very friendly however the check out service was slow. I got asked if I was a member to which I replied no. They never asked me if I wanted to become one so that's the business's loss.

I had an excellent experience with Janet. Last year, I came to buy some products to help me with some health issue I was dealing with. I was a little sad about my situation and Janet patiently listened. She was very kind and understanding. As I was leaving, she gave me a little flower to make me feel better. I saw her today in the store and thanked her again for her kindness. I am very happy she is still at Dr Earth in Newtown and could say hi to her today.

Really overpriced products, and not just the more upmarket stuff they sell. I bought metal clothes pegs from here for $40 before they were sold in supermarkets, and now the same product is for sale at Coles and Woolies for $9. The staff are also pretty rude in general. If you don't want something cause it's too pricey or you don't want to become a member they get very judgemental.

I came here several times during my 2 week stay in Sydney, both to buy paleo groceries and to try their amazing selection of raw cakes. I always found everything I needed for my paleo needs, which seldom happens! And as for the cakes, they were delicious. I wish I had more time to try more! Staff were always friendly and helpful - especially in the cafe, they were outstanding!

You get charged for the merchant fee on top of your purchase. The receipt that you receive at the counter does not show the actual amount that you paid, but only the purchase without the merchant fee. Disappointing.
