High level of professionalism, empathy as well as very well skilled in each team of cosmetics.
I had a very honest and professional consultation with Dr Jean-Paul as well as Catalina where money was not the sole goal but to assist in the best way possible for my needs with results and longevity.

Prior to my consultation I assumed at first perhaps I may feel pressured to do each treatment I went in for a consultation in, however this was quite the opposite I left with knowledge and research options.
For this I will be rebooking my first session very soon.

I had a cosmetic treatment today at Contour Clinics Newtown with Lauren, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lauren was incredibly sweet, gentle, and soft-spoken, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She explained every step of the procedure in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism. The treatment itself was completely painless and went so smoothly. I would highly recommend Lauren and Contour Clinics in Newtown.

RN Lauren is incredible. I always feel so comfortable talking to her with her reassuring presence. She’s honest and talks about your face/body positively. Never tries to upsell me and has even convinced me not to get certain work done based on my intentions of my look and face I’ve expressed - she listens which is incredibly important with something like this. The whole experience is personalised, caring and positive. Couldn’t recommend it more to everyone who compliments my lips. Staff are always friendly and attentive, the place is clean and super professional.

I attended their Newtown clinic yesterday & Nurse Mary took her time with me & along with her great knowledge & experience took wonderful care of me. Her honesty is refreshing & it is obvious that Mary wants the best outcome for her patients. Thank you Mary, you are the reason I keep coming back to Contour.

Dr Honda is amazing! He listened to everything that I wanted and then went above and beyond expectations to help with not only small enhancements but the structure of my face. As I am now in my 50's, I want to know that there is a professional to help keep me fresh and youthful for as long as possible. I am so happy with my results. I then went to see Dr Jean Paul 2 weeks later for my lips & LOVE my results. I will be going back for Rejuran as soon as I return from overseas.

I had a fantastic experience at contour clinics in Newtown. The staff at reception were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.
I had my treatment with Jamie Addlestone who I had not met before. Jamie talked me through options and gave his expertise advice, he is clearly an expert in his field. I am so happy with my results and will absolutely be going back again.

Excellent customer service! I came in to get something done and wasn’t 100% happy with the results, so I expressed this to them and they called me back the same day with some options. I came back into the clinic and they compensated for the adjustment until the results were as desired :))

Dr. Honda was very helpful, understanding & nice to chat to, as was the reception staff.
