I'm coming to this medical centre in the past 2 years, with no complaints at all. The doctors are very good, it is bulk billing and the receptionists are very attentive. The access by public transport is not the best, but by car is not a problem as there are plenty of parking.

Dr. Shirish Pankar is an exceptional doctor with brilliant judgment and a broad depth of knowledge. He truly listens to my symptoms and is remarkably quick at connecting the dots and identifying signs that may indicate underlying issues. I am writing to praise the wonderful work done by your nurse Louisa when she removed 8 stitches from my head today.

She was gentle, thorough and considerate during the whole process, which was difficult for her due to scabbing around the stitches.

I felt very well looked after and really appreciate her lovely bedside manner.

She also offered to take photos of my injury, which I cannot see, and had them emailed to me.

Louisa always greets me with a heart-warming smile, and all of this puts her a cut above the rest.

Please give Louisa a copy of this email and a reward for her outstanding work.

Dr Roy - 0 star if possible. 30 minute wait and he is on the phone and asked me to wait and extra 10 minutes. I came in my work break with a booked appointment. Wasted my time and my money, absolutley awful. Please avoid
