I’ve been coming to SUFW for many years now to have my pelvic ultrasound scans done and have always been extremely satisfied and happy with their service, it's a great place, I feel very comfortable having my scans done here, the team are really great, from Receptionists to Sonographers and Doctors. Angela who has been doing my scans for many years is such a lovely, kind, caring, empathetic, and efficient sonographer. Eugenie the Receptionist has outstanding customer service skills, she is lovely, very kind, caring and efficient.

Cathy was my sonographer today and she was just so kind and reassuring. Seriously just so lovely! I don’t remember the name of the person who served me at reception but she was also incredibly friendly. Just exceptional service all round!

Kind and polite people from the initial phone consultation to the visit, but, no one knew what was covered by Medicare and what not. The appointment cost us some work leave arrangements to travel all the way to the clinic's testing room and we decided not to proceed as both partners should have had active Medicare accounts. Plus, the male partner presence was just for exchange of information and no real sampling. No one told us.

Women's scans in Newton Clinic has and excellent service. Clinic coordinator is really helpful, She called me back to check if I have received all the information, for scans preps. She also did an amazing job handling a complaint with a pregnant woman while I has waiting. Excellent place for women's care.

My sister and I have been going to SUFW Newtown for many years to have our pelvic ultrasound scans, Angela is a great Sonographer, she is very efficient, kind, caring, compassionate, she explains everything as she goes along and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Angela is definitely an asset to the practice. Please pass on our gratitude.
Also the ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful. “Highly recommended”

I had the best sonographer ever today, she made the whole experience so beautiful and fun at the same time. I loved that she explained everything as we went along and eased my anxieties about my morphology scan. She was so personable and interacted with myself and my husband the whole time. I can't fault sufw Newtown in any way, the receptionist was lovely and helpful and I love that I have come here for all of my pregnancies and have always walked away feeling well cared for and that my scans were thorough and great quality too.

The sonographer, Kathy has been beyond amazing. I am a nervous first time mom. Kathy is very personable whereby, every time I leave SUFW - Newtown I am always in a more relaxed mood. Shout out to Kathy for being so sweet and kind explaining everything and just making it a fun experience. Additionally, the receptionist has been very lovely and helpful too. Overall, a great experience.
