I’ve been to other places around the area and this is by far the best! I have a lot of anxiety around doctors however they were very patient and polite. I saw Dr Cindy Jin who made me feel comfortable & actually listened. I didn’t feel as if she wanted to rush over things and took me seriously. Nurse is also lovely & very nice. Definitely recommend!

First time at this bulk billing practice. I was warmly welcomed by the nurse who took my details and medical history. She was lovely and gave me excellent advice.

I was then seen by the very thorough Dr Cindy Jin, who really listened to my issues and who also gave me some great advice.

A very impressive visit and this will definitely be my new medical practice.

Moved into Wolli Creek area in Feb 24 and been to 3 of the other local Dr clinics in the area. Been trying them out one by one. Discovered virtually difficult to see the same Dr. again. Each time I went was assigned a different Dr. Previous Dr had left / no longer there. My first time at Wolli Creek Family Practice and seen Dr. Hanan Daniel. Very happy with her consultation, advice, communication skills and professionalism. And very important to me - she's a permanent Dr. (been there 15 years) so now I can see the same Dr each time (subject to availability of course) that gets to know my issues and provide a long term health care for me.

I loved everything about my visit! Going to the doctor’s can usually be an anxiety inducing process but everything went very smoothly at this clinic. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me check in. The nurse Ms Lin Jin called me in a few minutes later to get some information and was absolutely delightful. She put me at ease. I saw the doctor Dr Cindy Jin right after and she was amazing to work with. The doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient and took her time to listen to me. I think I’ve found my favourite clinic in Sydney!

The atmosphere is pleasant, tidy, friendly and relaxing. I am very impressed by the Doctor Zhang's professional manner and highly medical skills. He listened to the patient carefully and explained the symptoms in detail during the consultation. The people at reception were friendly and polite and helpful. I had an appointment for a Mental Health Care plan and I was send home with nothing but being told to first get a pill as what I am going through might be a separation flare up. After living my whole life with stress and anxiety the last thing I need is to hear that if you don't do the work no therapist can help you and to go home and think who is the problem , and find the problem. Thats why we tend to therapistrs because our upbringing isnt just one thing and trauma is a big thing! Doctors definitely need some update on their training and knoweledge and people need to be heard! enough with giving medications without addressing underlying deep issues! And obviously a therapist can help with that! Part of our mental health is a system that leaves us helpless. That was Dr Hana, who seemed to loom at me as if I am a fool and everything is on my head! Thats why we all the way we are because we grow in worlds where no one ever cares about each other and you hope doctors are there to help you and make things worse. Rude and very unprofessional! Wasted my time

Our family has seen Dr Hannah and the practice for 6 years since we moved to Wollicreek. She is incredible with warm heart. She is friendly with children. The practice is now under new manager but the staff really nice and offer the best service as always. Thanks Dr Hannah and the team.
