Reading all the amazing reviews have proved them right. The clinic is not only beautifully presented, pleasant and calming, the staff, from reception to nursing and to medical staff, simply outstanding. I have changed GPs it took me sometime to search for a great practice that would look after me specially after being diagnosed with breast cancer this year, dealing with the process was hard enough, I needed an empathetic, thorough competent doctor who would understand my medical and emotional needs. Dr Erin Carroll was all of that, a very professional, incredible doctor who I’m glad will be taking care of my health and the health of my entire family too, yes we are all joining in! Thank you so much for the warmth welcomed and for making me feel better by diagnosing and treating the health concern I came to see you Dr Carroll. Thanking also the lovely receptionist who was ever so kind and welcoming and the kind and caring nurse so lovely. This is indeed a Beautiful and excellent health care facility with an amazing staff and I would definitely recommend this practice ?

I moved to this clinic a few years ago after being treated poorly by a previous practice. What a breath of fresh air this team is! I’m managing a few conditions and have been under the care of each GP at various points and I couldn’t speak more highly of everyone. I always feel heard and respected by everyone from the medical team to reception staff.

My experience at and dealing with Wickham clinic is always totally delightful. Not only is Dr John Ella a deeply thorough, caring and knowledgeable doctor but he is patient, and assuring with back up evidence. His staff are professional courteous, patient and helpful.
