Dr. Wan is an incredibly empathetic and professional GP. I have been struggling with anxiety and depression, and she patiently listened to my concerns and thoroughly reviewed my medical history. She prescribed the medication with great care and attention, addressing all my fears and showing deep understanding. Her dedication and kindness made me feel genuinely supported. Highly recommend!
And I also want to express my thanks to the reception staff. I called multiple times with various questions, and she was always extremely patient, carefully explaining everything that might cause confusion with great attention and care, considering the language barrier I faced. I've been a patient of Dr. Wan's since moving to Wolli Creek, and I couldn't be happier with her care. Today, I had a surgical procedure with Dr. Wan, and her expertise truly impressed me. Having had the same procedure done elsewhere before, I can confidently say that Dr. Wan's skill and professionalism are exceptional. Her attention to detail, particularly with the stitches and wound care, was far superior. Great service at front counter - I lost my referral and got it reissue via phone call - but forgot to pick it up earlier this month.
Feeling terribly sorry to ask for the third one but the lady helped me got it reissued and signed by the doctor and scanned to my email. I expected that they might charge it with an appointment. Much appreciation.

Dr Nay Lin Han is absolutely the best doctor I have visited so far. It was by chance because we couldn’t find any doctor that day on Sunday and bulk bill for child under 18. We are lucky to have visited that clinic. Dr Han is very good knowledgeable diagnosing my daughter scalp seborrheic dermatitis issues. It’s hard to find a doctor nowadays especially if they are good patience and provide treatment that’s work cure symptoms. Highly recommended

Cannot recommend this practice enough. Went to Wolli creek medical centre for the first time and saw Dr Qing Wan she was thorough and professional. Even the receptionist was welcoming. Will definitely be coming back to this practice.
