Went to my first appointment at Newcastle Medical Hub this afternoon. Very pleasant staff, very efficient check in. Comfortable waiting room. Doctor was running about 30 minutes late, but he was very amiable and thorough throughout the consult. He explained everything very clearly to me. Checkout and payment was similarly efficient and pleasant. I will definitely be going back.

I'm a new patient here and from the moment you step inside, you're greeted warmly.
I absolutely love visiting here because I know I'll be listened to and treated well. Dr. Bridget is amazing, kind and very knowledgeable.
Waiting room is nice, and there is a Laverty collection inside too, so no need to travel all over Newcastle for blood tests.
Very happy with my experiences here, thank you to the staff for all you do ☺️

Very friendly staff ,very helpful and polite.
Dr David Jones very knowledgeable ,friendly ,polite i felt very comfortable with him .
I had to wait a little bit past my appointment time ,But i understand some consults may take longer than others and a lot of behind the scene things happen.Overall very happy with my visit the Newcastle Medical Hub.

We are new patients and we love the staff and the practice. Today we saw sister Dallas to have our care plans done and she was terrific and of course Dr Josh who we can't fault. So thorough, asks questions and most importantly, listens. Our only complaint today was that we were there for 2 hrs 30 mins and we missed another appointment. But, we are happy.

Was able to get an appt same day to get a 2nd opinion. The receptionists were incredibly helpful & understanding of my situation. Dr Josh was fantastic! Very thorough & took time to listen. We have found our new GP practice! Highly recommend!

I accompanied a friend to the practice who was suffering and recently returned to Australia. She was wanting a doctor. The courtesy and rest was excellent. I was having issues with my situation so after much thought decided to enquire about visiting this practice. I am so pleased I did. I had an appointment with Dr Anderson. I could go on and on about his approach and guidance. He is wonderful.
