Lovely doctors and nurse and staff but I don’t know why they bother to set appointment times as they don’t seem able to meet them. When you tell your client you will charge them for not showing up or cancelling within 4 hours, then you should be able to meet with the person at the time you have allocated to them.

Had a negative impact on P*a. No respect to patients. Visited there 3 times with her. Will never visit her again. She said ‘payley inlogo ko nipta dingu’ to receptionist. Maybe they are from same county. Is that what you say to people about patients. Be respectful to others to get respects from others.

I did not appreciate how i was called several time to make a booking when i already cancelled my appointment. I had two people on the phone making two different booking. I have spoke to someone that i have already had my results and everything was ok. Still got a phone call from dr just to make me wait on the phone for few minutes to get my file up and say everything is good while still typing and taking forever on the phone. Dr still charging me for nothing

I went into the surgery to request a possible home visit for my brother as he has limited mobility and after having a phone consult last week was advised he must see a Dr face to face. I asked the receptionist, who was very polite is it possible for my brothers Dr - Dr Khan to do a home visit. He lives 2 streets away from the surgery. The receptionist replied that is something that will need to be discussed directly with the Dr. A phone consult was booked for 10:30 am this morning. At 11:40am my brother gets a call from the receptionist for upfront payment of the consult. My brother pays the $75. The Dr finally called at 12.10pm and says he is too busy and doesn't make house calls.

Overcharged for consultation visits as was informed my pension card was out of date, which it is NOT. They will discuss this with me only if I’m a current patient, why would I be! To have records forwarded to another Surgery, the charge is $100.00, far more than other places. Dr Priya is always behind time with her appointments, realise now why she sees so many patients, each Dr works independently and is always sending referrals which are sometimes unwarranted.
