I feel sorry for the medical practitioners at this practice. The reception women are so rude and obnoxious. It feels like they go out of their way to make you feel like an imbecile. Would not recommend going there due to these dragon gatekeepers. GPs are generally lovely there, such a shame.

I am very impressed with the service of Elder Street Practice. After moving to Singapore and not being able to return due to the pandemic, Dr Fluit and the staff have been amazing to ensure that I am still able to receive my medical needs. Nothing is ever a trouble for them. Highly recommended!

I want to say thank you to Dr Samuel Brentenall for seeing me on 2 different occasions during his time at CSMC first was for ongoing left hip pain in 2020 and another medical issue in 2021 unfortunately the hip issues are lifelong andis being dealt with by the orthopaedic surgeons at the JHH but Dr Brentenall did a great job in trying to identify what was causing that immediate pain ,
Also he was able to work out the other issue with a phone call to the JHH and it was sorted out within about 10 minutes even though was a little bit more tricky to figure out ,
He remained kind and friendly and professional towards me and he always took the time to quickly say hello whenever I come in to see my regular GP or the nurses ,
I do wish Dr Brentenall all the very best wishes and success in this new practice he has now moved onto and thank you for your help once again . ?kind Regards Aimee Stromeier
