Highly recommend! From start to finish every aspect of my appointment was excellent. Procedures were well explained and both doctor and nurse were friendly and confident, putting my mind at ease and making the whole experience stress free. The clinic is clean and of very professional standard. Up to date equipment and obvious hygiene practice in place. Clinicians were very knowledgeable and set my anxious mind to rest. I am sharing my disappointing experience with the laser scar removal test patch on April 15th to caution others. The clinic initially presented a trustworthy and welcoming atmosphere.

Nurse Sally performed the procedure and was pleasant during our consultation. However, the treated area quickly became red and began to ooze. When I expressed concern, Nurse Sally was uncharacteristically abrasive and terminated our treatment.

Six months later, I still have a visible, inflamed scar. Proper care and reassurance would have prevented this review. Instead, the clinic offered a cursory diagnosis of post-inflammatory erythema without solutions. Dermatologists have since confirmed that Nurse Sally's incorrect technique caused post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I attribute my ordeal to Nurse Sally's subpar aftercare and unprofessional conduct.

I had my first ever Botox appointment here early July. I was happy with the results and came back two weeks later for a touch up, as advised.
Four weeks later, I noticed half of my forehead had movement. I messaged them on their online form and heard nothing back. I just wanted to know why it had worn off so early, as I had heard with some people, it can wear off quicker. I then went overseas for a 3 week holiday. I then tried contacting them four more times while away, each time mentioning that my phone was not on due to being overseas, and to contact me by email.
I am disgusted with the aftercare, especially after spending over $400 and it wearing off with no explanation.
I have since gone elsewhere, and have been given explanations to my problems, but I will never go here again. You can't tell me that you don't have an email address to contact me on, not in this century. All it would have taken was an email to acknowledge my concerns and a follow up to help put my mind at ease, as it was my first ever time.
They were very quick in responding to my enquiry for my first Botox appointment, I didn't even submit the online form before receiving a call from the receptionist, asking if I'd like to book in, so you also can't tell me your online booking form doesn't work, especially after I've tried so many times.
If you are looking at going here for your first time, don't.

UPDATE
I finally received an email back from the owner, the day after posting this review. The response was long winded, but this really frustrated me:
"After reviewing the situation, it appears that your email was unfortunately missed due to it being filtered into our junk mailbox, which we have now rectified to avoid such issues in the future."

That is a lie, I sent 5 enquiries and you're telling me you didn't receive one of them? Your receptionist called me back within 30 minutes the first time I filled that online form out, and I hadn't even pressed send, so don't lie to me.

I really enjoyed my experience with Sally. She took a great deal of time to go over which treatment options would be best for what I wanted to achieve and answered all my questions. She put together a treatment plan that was perfect for my goals. Throughout my appointment she was reassuring and thorough and I am very happy with the results. Her after-care was also of the highest calibre. Overall, I felt confident about my treatment and would reccomend Sally and the clinic to anyone.
