Thorough GP (Dr David Lund), reasonable cost for a long appointment, at no point felt rushed during consult. Phlebotomist was also very kind and gentle to a needle phobic like myself. +++ service

Had been having pains with my knees and asked to get an mri or ultrasound to see if anything had happened or torn, was told I am too young at 21, and referred to physio
Went to another doctor, got an ultrasound and found major tears in ligaments
Won’t come back again as the doctors wouldn’t listen to concerns

Have been been a patient of this surgery since I was born in 1992 ( obviously they were Elermore Vale General Practice ), I had my first born in 2017 and my second in 2019, and now the 3 of us are patients of the surgery.
Excellent doctors, nurses and staff all round. I wish bulk billing was an option. But honestly what surgery in Newcastle actually offers that these days.

The doctors and the nurse there are fantastic, empathetic, and professional. They have great clinical skills and have a lot of medical knowledge. The reception staff are also lovely and friendly. Sometimes the appointment isn't exactly on time but I understand that people are unpredictable and the doctors are doing their best to assess the patients they are currently seeing. If there are emergencies and the appointment is delayed I understand too. It's silly when people make a complaint about something like this. This is a fantastic clinic, and i wouldn't go anywhere else. ?

I've always found the care here to be excellent, which is why they became our family doctors. The appointments are unhurried and thorough and all the doctors we've seen have been excellent. The receptionists are friendly and it seems a very well run practice. They generally run fairly on-time. Highly recommended.

The receptionist Debbie went above and beyond for me. Even though she was unable to secure the appointment I needed she gave me relevant doctors to contact so that I could get the appointment I needed. She was kind and compassionate and very understanding, I will return to this practice because of her.
