3 girlfriends and myself experienced the most wonderful day at The Wellness Centre. We were firstly pampered with massages and facials and then treated to a yummy Cheese Platter and Herbal teas in the most beautiful surroundings. Em went above and beyond to make it the most memorable day. Nothing was too much trouble. It truly was a day we will never forget. So relaxing and nourishing for the soul.
We will definitely be back! ?

What a fabulous experience - Em and Ash took great care of us, including my elderly mum and we had a super chill morning of hanging out in the grounds, having massages (my deep tissue massage was amazing) and my wife really loved her yoga class too. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Thanks guys ?

Emm has created amazing wellness centre; that is one of a kind when it comes to self care. It genuinely has something for everyone to meet you wherever you are at right now…classes, treatments, retreats, complete healing journeys.

All the yoga instructors are so friendly and approachable.

Each with genuine passion and their own approach to practice in a space that is welcoming and serene.

I absolutely love, love, love spending time at The Wellness Centre Port Stephens. Whether I am doing my weekly yoga class, a breathwork class or anything else.
There is such a serene feeling just being in the beautiful rainforest setting.
Do yourself a huge favour and check out there website and book yourself in for some serious me time, so many things to choose from.

What a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Kirra our massage therapist tailored our treatments to what we wanted .The facial products were amazing and my hot oil scalp massage out of this world. This place is a wellness sanctuary. We will be back!

What a relaxing and beautiful place to take some time out!! The team there are amazing and welcoming, their priority to make sure that you get the most out of each experience. I love my Saturday Yoga when I can get there!!! Highly recommend the Wellness Centre PS!!

From the moment I drove into the wellness centre I felt relaxed - It is surrounded by nature. On arrival I was offed a selection of teas and relaxing place to sit and take in my surroundings. Service was exceptional, Emma explained my treatment, gave me a robe took me to my treatment room. I tried the contrast therapy a combination of ice Bath and infrared sauna then finishing with a trigger point massage. I have never felt so relaxed
