Very friendly customer service but not useful for me. The lack of one star is for google.
When I search pathology Narwee, this clinic is the first result. However, they only do blood test for the referral from their clinic, which also makes sense though.
May I ask Google add some description with this issue? So no one would make the same “wrong” choice just like me.

Today was my first time seeing a podiatrist and Dr Graham made it very comfortable. The surgery is very modern and well located and he was very professional and knowledgeable in his approach. Would definitely recommend!!

My friend recommended this medical centre to me for children's Pfizer vaccine. The reception helped me to check availability and made it for me this afternoon. The whole booking process was very smooth. All forms done by text message and online - saving time to fill in in person. When we arrived ,the setting of the centre was bright and cheerful and so clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. Waiting time is minimal. Doctor is very nice and patient, going through all questions and concerns, making the atmosphere so pleasant. So is the nurse. My daughter was offered lolly and surprise gift after jab. I can hear other kids in another room also happily answer doctor's question.

Thanks for making the experience so positive in this difficulty time. I appreciate your effort so much! I made the 2nd vaccine appointment for my daughter. I also consider making my appointment here in future.

Came here for the vaccination for my daughter and the receptionist, the nurse and doctor are all super friendly and accomodating kids very well.

The doctor has decorated her shield and gown with child friendly stickers and accessories.

A little gift after the injection is a bonus to encourage the little kids! ?

The clinic is new, clean and well maintained.

My daughter got her vaccine here yesterday. My wife said the staff and centre were excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming for young children with games and gifts given as a means of providing a positive experience.

We had booked an appoitment later in the week but were called to say there was an earlier vacancy if we wanted, which we accepted. Great work in every aspect.

We took our daughter today for her 1st covid vaccine. The staff, doctors and nurses were fantastic. Very friendly and went to great effort to make it an easy experience for kids. With treats, quiz and prizes to distract them. Well done team you are doing a great job. Would recommend to any parents who are vaccinating their children.

Like other reviewers have said, we took our 6yo for his first Pfizer shot, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They give the kids a Covid trivia quiz to complete, then the staff are all involved in a scavenger hunt for the kids to complete their activity sheet. Add in a lolly and some stickers, and our kid was chuffed.

As far as actually administering the shot, they were kind, gentle and efficient.

We'll be making them our regular GP in future.

Absolutely amazing center. My boys got their 1st Pfizer jabs here today. All of the staffs were professional, friendly and patient. They try their best to make the children feel comfortable and engaged for their vaccination experience. Thank you so much!
