Asked for specific medication, but was given a wrong one. Trusted the pharmacist and did not even check. When returned home found out that they sold me a wrong medication, went to return but they said it is my fault that I did not look at the medication they sold. And that they don't have the one I need in the first place. What a "great" customer service. They might not care, but they lost a customer. How could you sell a wrong medication and then say they cannot take it back or refund.

Will not go again. Requested medication been told they have have different medication. Requested refund refused ,spouted not the chemist fault even if they sold wrong medication we shouldn't have bought it.
Can't even trust pharmacists now

This is the most wonderful pharmacy with very caring staff. We are very fortunate that my elderly parents live near here and are looked after so well with webster packs and home delivery. Nothing is too much trouble for them, their patient care is amazing. Thank you so much!!
