We love Dr. Paul Maione at Elite Evaluations! He has been extremely helpful to our medical marijuana certification clinic (Angelic Lift) by helping to evaluate our patients efficiently and inexpensively. We often see many patients who are unable to obtain their medical records for their qualifying conditions such as PTSD, Anxiety, Insomnia etc for several reasons. Dr. Paul does not charge the patient unless they are approved. That's true patient-centered care!

My state (IL) recently passed recreational marijuana after much deliberation on the subject. Meanwhile, I had a doctor prescribing me Xanax and Cymbalta, and a therapist treating me for PTSD. However, after 3 years with the same doctor and 6 months with my therapist, they couldn't "conclusively diagnose PTSD." I believe the government has limited the amount of medical cards doctors can sign over because they are benefiting from 35% sales tax.

With high taxes and recreation now legal, It's virtually impossible to 1) even get IN a dispensary and 2) pay for. I'm also tired of buying from shady dealers off the streets.

I described my symptoms and troubles to Elite Evaluations and in one half hour phone call, I not only got a certified letter for PTSD, but also helpful tips for the times when my flashbacks and triggers get to me. 2 days later, I now have my medical card and have no issues getting items from my local dispensary.
