I regularly see Blake 'Satan' Smoothy where he enjoys inflicting pain on me and does so with a sadistic smile and a giggle.

On a serious note. The whole team at Soulitude Health are great, from admin to reception, they always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to accommodate you with appointment times.

Physio wise, you can't beat Blake Smoothy. I've seen multiple physios throughout the valley and most just throw a bunch of static stretches or exercise papers to you without doing mich treatment.

I have a range of injuries from neck, shoulders, back, elbows, hips and knees and Blake has a vast range of knowledge and techniques in all of these areas and has helped me immensely with getting movement back and a reduction of pain. He has a hands on approach and is one of the rare physios that actually has the strength to get in and release tight muscles on the more athletic muscle type of bodies. Coming from a training/footy background, he knows and understands sport related injuries. He is also great with dry needling. I wouldn't go to anyone else in the valley.

Fantastic customer service and treatment. Having had back problems most of my life and automatically using prescription medication, the suggestion was made to see Solitude Health in the first instance. So glad I did. Staff are friendly and personal and the activity classes they offer are great. The service is excellent and even the service staff are great to talk to. As a repeat customer i would highly recommend them for both physiotherapy and exercise classes.
