They really care about their patients and their community. They are very professional, but also very approachable and kind. The atmosphere is so relaxing and uplifting! The office is super clean and it’s like a spa! It smells so nice! It’s unlike anything I’ve experienced at a health care facility in the past. I recently had blood draws there, too, and it was so easy! I never felt rushed or like I’m bothering someone. She really puts her heart into her work. You won’t regret coming here.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I found it as a last resort after multiple screens and test with other clinics. No one could tell me why I was having my symptoms until Dominique. From the moment I walked in Devon made me feel right at home. Super nice, professional and genuine. Dominque took her time talking to me and listening to all my complaints. She never rushed me, she asked genuine questions, she documented everything in my file and made me feel like family. I will not go anywhere else and I am so grateful for her care and all she's done to help me.

I’ve been with Ms . Dominique since December 2023. I’m down 45 pounds . Just recently added hrt. I’m feeling great. Increased mobility, less pain with weigh loss. I’m grateful for her care and concern, especially after being told by military providers after my hysterectomy- to embrace this new chapter in my life;Yet you still have to lose weight. I almost feel like my old self.. thank you so much.

I highly recommend this medical facility! From the atmosphere when you walk in the door to the level or professional services you receive. In addition to medical care I recently have begun the wellness spa services as well. The invigorating facial awakens the skin and the massage is soothing My new favorite is the infrared sauna blanket. It gives an amazing detox while pulling inches off the waist, thighs, and arms. I can’t express how thankful I am that I have found this place!! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Dominique truly takes the time to listen to you and help you. She has helped me not only with weight loss but with things other doctors I have been to have overlooked. She is amazing!! My first visit to Purposely Evolving. I have been having major pain in my legs and my massage today was amazing. Devon took her time worked on my knees and my feet and my legs and when I walked out I wasn’t hurting anymore. The office is very clean and everyone was professional. So looking forward to my next massage in a week..
