I have been a patient at Park Place since 2016 and lately no one answers the phone, I called about two weeks ago to make my routine appointment and the scheduler didn’t want to make my appointment and she answered with attitude. Today I have waited over ten minutes and again they are giving me a hard time to make my appointment. 17 minutes already trying to make my appointment. Where is the training of this people to deal with patients with all kinds of mental health issues? Never had any problems and lately calling them is a torture.

This is the most unprofessional and useless place to take your children in a time of crisis. My daughter was prescribed an anti depressant at this facility after a suicide attempt. I bring her in for therapy and to ask why her prescription won’t get filled and they said they could not fill it until her appointment with their doctor on the other side of the office. They are literally letting my daughter come off of her medication for over a week without caring about the huge side effects. This wasn’t disclosed to me until I literally walked in and asked someone in person. This facility is unprofessional and their lead in this department clearly does not care about the wellbeing of their patients. Her name is Elliene. Please take your children or yourself to a different doctor if you want professional care, as this place does not provide that. I am getting my daughter into a different doctor today and I hope you all don’t waste your time and effort trying to get help here. This is insane, and right before the holidays. I’m also calling the BBB to make a report.

Horrible place my son had a suicide attempt and had no other choice but this clinic, social worker samantha did not notify me that i couldnt bring children into the visit so i brougth my 5 year old and were left criying in the lobby, when i called her to adress the situation and give her my feedback she respondedd with an attitude, other than this i call 10 times and keep getting forwarded and my call never gets answered. Please dont take your children here.

When we first came to Kissimmee in November of 1999, we seeked out to continue our treatment that we were getting in FortLauderdale where we came from….. and we came across a little psychiatric practice by the Kissimmee Park…..after we were evaluated separately we were going to be separated in different places for treatment….. but we were there to continue treatment, so Doctor Spiecer had us reevaluated … and we were able to be treated with our Medicare and Medicaid insurances …….since then we grew and Park Place Behavioral grew ……. We have been receiving our medications and therapy treatment from since 1999 and we have grown to love all the staff there …. So if you need psychiatric help or support…even if it is with addictions lookup Park Place…. Like my Wife and I did …. I call it “My Place is Park Place Behavioral Health ?”

I have been in therapy for most of my life and I've never had a therapist like the one I need here... I don't care how the facility is run I just know that my therapist Jeanette is awesome atvher job, great listener and knows exactly how to explain the way I should deal with my issues....

Mediocre clinic. We asked for case management when I had a zoomed telegraph call with my brother's psychiatrist, After informing him that I was a Mental Health Professional. My brother was in crisis and the Case Management Dept. called once after several months, We called back and they never responded. It's awful there. Luckily we moved out of disgusting Osceola Co. And my brother is receiving Long Term Medicaid now. This place is a dump. There is a huge turnover and that tells you how mediocre it is.

I should have written this review 18 months ago when I first went to park place seeking assistance with my alcohol use disorder. I am a medical professional for over 16 years of clinical experience and like most professionals I denied, tried to mask and felt like I could manage my disease on my own. Park Place saved my life. In my darkest moments, when all hope was lost and I lost trust in myself the facility and staff at Park Place took me in. I was rendered expedient psychiatric and medical management for my failing body and chaotic and desperate mind. I completed their 28 day program and was able to continue life, as it was made a new , with services that would have cost a fortune elsewhere. Are things perfect? Of course not, as no human is. However, Park place ultimately surpassed my expectations and gave me a second chance in life, for ultimately I would have been Dead. I recently had a lapse, the fault being only my own, and once again Park Place lifted me up from the ashes and made me whole again. I would recommend this organization to anyone who truly needs and desires change. If so, hope and the means to do so are there. I am not ashamed of my condition for at least there are places like Park Place that can be our Northern Star and safe Haven.

This place needs to be investigated. I was there for 5 days and never saw one doctor, however I was prescribed multiple medications. They have zero support for mental
Health, they severely limit outdoor time, this place does more harm then good. I fainted yet no ems was called. This place needs to go through proper training or be shut down. How can I be prescribed medication without ever seeing a doctor?
