My Dr is Dr Cara Nelson-James who is the Very BEST BEST to ever be in the Medical Field. I overly LOVE her for so many reason n has had her for over 12 years at Dundee CFHC. She has all the answers, knowledge, character, support, comfort, medical advise n has a passion for what she does so that means more than anything to me. She really do care for each n everyone of her patients n it would be hard to believe that anyone doesn't love the care they get with her as their dr. Her staff members Vanessa n Heaven are the absolute Best n I recognize them more bc they go over n beyond for every patient n assistance involving Dr.Nelson n her patients. Some of the others that were great as well but I haven't seen them in awhile so don't know if they are employed there any longer besides the great mother to be that I had the great experience with as well at my visit this week. Thanks to Dr Nelson n all the staff that has been great assistance to me bc it's not easy having alot of health issues n pain to deal with at a very high level. But to know if I come n or need any care they are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the plan of care is beneficial n will help find a solution to my health issue even if it can't be resolved it can b test, paperwork, labs or medical assistance provided. Love CFHC Dr Nelson James, Heaven, Vanessa n the other staff members that assisted me n a willing n caring manner. ? ? Sorry for any mistakes n runons it's hard to gather my thoughts properly n function in my health situation most of the time.

If I Could Give This Place Less Than 1 Star I Would. Took Off Work 2 Times To Get My Mom Here & The First Time They Took 4 Hours Past Her SCHEDULED TIME To See Her. Went In Today Because They Called & Said To Come In For Blood Work & Told Her To Come In At Any Time, Get Here & They Said Their Lab Is Closed. Everyone There Just Standing Around Doing Nothing & What Do You Know? They Can’t Reschedule Cause Their Computers “Just Went Down”. Sounds To Me Like They Dont Want To Work. Small Dirty Little Office With Too Many Scheduled Patients. Sadddd! DO BETTER!
