I highly recommend this office and it's staff. It was easy to make an appointment. It didn't take long to be scheduled and seen. I highly recommend Elizabeth Lokenauth. She is great! I'm very happy with her professionalism and helping the needs for my son.

My experience has been great since the first appointment. My appointments are via telehealth with Dr. Michael Oliver which is a great listener, caring, compassionate and professional.
The office will follow up with you before your appointment and will schedule your next appointment.
Easy, convenient and good to know that the you can rely on your doctor.

I had such a pleasant experience with Elizabeth today for my first appointment. She listens, takes in consideration making healthy adjustments with certain medication and gave me insight on things I wish I knew years ago. I’m very pleased, and I highly recommend her.

Had my second appointment with Elizabeth today and I’m overly excited that I finally have the right doctor who treats me for my conditions. My appointment was changed last minute on my doing and I was put on schedule for very same day. Please, if you are looking to be treated by someone who actually treats your needs and get a correct diagnosis for once, this place and doctor are who you need. Another satisfied appointment.

I’ve been seeing Lisa Shallenberger for 4 years now. She has helped me find a normal in my life that I haven’t had in years! She is very very knowledgeable and truly cares about my well-being! I’ve seen her at 2 different locations and this new one is great! They do what they say they will do! The ease of scheduling an appointment is unheard of in the mental health world! I waited months to be seen at the previous office. They are polite and really listen to my issue and do their best to solve the problem as quickly as possible! I am so thankful for Lisa and her staff!

I have seen Elizabeth for over a year now, and the only reason I’m leaving is due moving outside of her district. She has been so patient and willing to fully treat my needs. I worked with a different doctor for two years, trying to find the right regimen, and I felt that Elizabeth did an amazing job of trying to understand the issues I was having. I have been healthier and happier since getting her help!

They charged me $150 per session when my insurance only requires me to pay $20, I have since been trying to get a refund and they keep telling me that it will be processed but I have neither received my $110 refund nor have I received the email I requested once the refund “was processed”. My insurance has called them twice, I have called them multiple times and I have yet to see the money that belongs to me. I have canceled any future appointments and will not return.

On top of that, I had two sessions only with Lisa Shallenberger. On the first session, she was very kind and I was over the moon thinking that I had finally found someone who would be able to help and understand me. She seemed interested in helping me resolve past trauma and deal with my pre-existing diagnosis and prescribed me with two medications for anxiety. On my second session, she lacked any empathy, she was cold and told me that she thought I was “doing great” now that I had the medication, despite not really knowing me past a 30min session and not even beginning to get into my history. Never returning.

So far, so good. Our appointments have been on time (no long waits, which is nice) and no complaints on his treatment plans thus far. Still working on finding the right meds but I recognize that is a process that takes time.
